Ken De Pauw
Having received his first computer when he was 6 years old – an Amiga Commodore 500 – it rapidly became an obsession and by the time he finally received a new computer at the age of 12, he’d amassed a massive amount of 400+ games.
Receiving a Sega MegaDrive for free from one of his friends didn’t help my gaming addiction and the old classic NBA Jam and Sonic the Hedgehog drew Ken in further until Command & Conquer and Tekken 1 held me and to this day have not let me go from the gaming world.
Anything to do with technology and gadgets holds his interest, from the cutting edge modern to impossible sci-fi. Whether it’s a gadget or piece of computing equipment, to how a movie like Avatar was made, to how a physics engine for a game was put together.
Nowadays Ken works as an SEO Manager for a leading digital marketing agency in London, UK. This blog is something he wanted to do a long time and working increasingly in the world of Social Media and gaining more insight into how websites and search engines work, has led Ken to finally get it going. Ken is also involved in some freelance website design/building for friends, family and small businesses.
This blog serves the purpose of giving him that extra drive to look around and discover new things in the technology world, educating himself and hopefully sharing something with a bit of the world out there.
